Home Loan market is primarily concentrated in Dhaka and Chittagong metropolitan
areas - as these two cities have a large number of middle and higher middle class
population. However, Home Loan may also be sanctioned to eligible clients
wherever OBL has its operations. Preferred Customer segments are:
a) Salaried Individuals & Professionals of reputed institutions with minimum 3
years of continuous service. Service length is relaxable in case of high net-worth
individuals and professionals.
b) Self-employed Professionals who are self-employed and have at least 3 (three)
years of independent practice in relevant profession.
c) Businessmen having high net-worth with at least 5 (five) years of continuous
operation in relevant line of business. |

| Purpose |
| OBL Home Loan can be utilized for the following purposes: |

Purchase, Construction, Renovation and/or Refurbishing of Apartment/Flat; |
 |
Purchase individual house, multistoried residential building for own/family living
or for renting out; |
 |
Purchase Residential Land at Government approved Housing Projects; |
 |
Financing Registration Cost of procured residential properties mentioned above. |

| Eligibility |

Bangladeshi, Expatriates or Foreign Emigrants of Bangladeshi Origin. |

Minimum age for applying OBL Home Loan should be 23 years and maximum age on
maturity of the loan should be the retirement age of the applicant which should not
exceed 67 years. |

Minimum BDT 30,000/oo per month. |
 |
Minimum Loan amount should not be less than BDT 500,000/oo and Maximum Loan
amount should not exceed BDT 10,000,000/-. |
 |
A maximum of 80% of the property valuation – inclusive of registration cost – would
be offered for loan. |

| Loan Tenure |
| Minimum tenure of OBL Home Loan would be 3 (three) years and Maximum tenure
would be 25 (twenty five) years – prior to borrowers retirement age which should not
exceed 67 years. |
