ONE Bank Credit Cards are widely accepted at department stores, shops, restaurants, hotels, airlines, travel agencies, hospitals, diagnostic centers etc. across the country wherever the MasterCard logo is displayed.
We issue two versions of MasterCard:  | Gold MasterCard |  | Silver MasterCard | One bank also provides exclusive MasterCard for ladies. CREDIT PERIOD Card holder may enjoy up to 45 days of interest free credit, from the date of transaction. On receipt of the monthly statement the options are to either pay in full or only 10% of the current balance indicated, unless the current balance is less than Tk.500, in which case full payment is required. CREDIT INTEREST Interest will be calculated on a daily basis on the outstanding amount of monthly statement @2.5% per month on the card account from the posting date, if balance remains unpaid after the due date. WHO CAN APPLY FOR A CARD If you are between 21 and 60 years of age and have a steady job or income that pays you at least Tk.10,000 monthly (gross), you can apply for a ONE Bank MasterCard. CARD ANNUAL FEE Gold Card: Tk.2,000 Silver Card: Tk.1,000 Ladies Card: Tk.1,000 The annual fee is excluding applicable VAT. SUPPLEMENTARY / ADD-ON CARDS Additionally, two supplementary / add-on cards may be issued. Additional card holder's transactions will be automatically reflected in the principal card holder's monthly statement. CASH ADVANCE FACILITY ONE Bank MasterCard allows the facility to draw cash up to the extent of 50% of your credit limit. Cash advance is available at ONE bank branches and ATMs displaying the MasterCard logo.
Interest (from the date of transaction) and a fixed fee amount will be applicable for the amount withdrawn while availing cash advance facility from ONE Bank MasterCard. FOR LOST / STOLEN CARD If the card is lost or stolen, simply call ONE Bank's 24 hours Help Desk [9883701-10, 8827045, 8812836, 8812844, 8812890]. Also please report the loss by Fax to ONE bank Limited [9564870] within 24 hours. These steps are essential to prevent fraudulent transactions on the lost card. ACCOUNT WITH ONE BANK The credit card holders are recommended to maintain an account (not mandatory) with ONE Bank Limited, thereby enabling convenience of auto monthly settlement of ther bills, providing a 'Standing Instruction' to this effect.
